Sea Dogs Hold Steady with Honourable Mention in BMO CHL Top 10 Rankings

SAINT JOHN - The Saint John Sea Dogs received an honourable mention for the fifth straight week in the BMO CHL Top 10 Rankings.

The Week 24 list of the top teams in the Canadian Hockey League, compiled by a panel of National Hockey League scouts, was released today.

Saint John remain in top spot in the Maritimes Division with 87 points, and can clinch the division title with a win against the Charlottetown Islanders on Friday.

The Rouyn-Noranda Huskies (first), Val-d'Or Foreurs (third) and Gatineau Olympiques (seventh) all made the top 10 rankings. The Shawinigan Cataractes joined Saint John with an honourable mention.

Saint John's next game is Friday, March 11th, at 7:30 p.m. against Charlottetown at Harbour Station. Tickets are available at the Harbour Station Box Office, online at harbourstation.ca or by calling 657-1234. Fans are reminded to redeem unused flex vouchers for tickets to one of the team's two final home games. Seats are subject to availability.
