FINAL GAME IN READING: The Portland Sea Dogs and Reading Fightin Phils (Phillies affiliate) wrap up a four-game series on Thursday night at FirstEnergy Stadium...Portland has lost 5 straight and 7 of 10 in Reading...RHP Teddy Stankiewicz makes his final start of the season and his 4th against the Fightins...With last night's win, Reading is 2.5 games up on Trenton for the top spot in the Eastern Division. NO POWER OUTAGE: Reading hit 5 homers and collected 17 hits, defeating the Sea Dogs, 14-6 on Wednesday night at FirstEnergy Stadium...Aneury Tavarez went 4-for-5 with a double...Nate Freiman and Tzu-Wei Lin each had 2 RBI...Dylan Cozens tied two franchise single-season records, blasting his 38th homer and picking up his 120th RBI...Thomas Eshelman (5-5) worked 6 innings to earn the win...Keith Couch (9-5) took the loss, allowing 7 runs on 8 hits over 4.1 IP. ~~~~~
