Wilmington Sea Dawgs News Release

The Wilmington Sea Dawgs are pleased to announce their acceptance into the Premier Basketball League and will begin to play in the league in January 2008.

Team co-owner Mark Janas, states, "We are excited about the opportunity to play in the PBL, against a host of other well-funded and well-organized teams. The PBL provides a league model that allows us more influence in league affairs, as well as a business model that more closely matches our organization goals. We appreciate the opportunity that the ABA provided us and were pleased to make it to the ABA Final Four in our inaugural season. We send our best wishes to the ABA as well as to all remaining ABA teams."

Additional information regarding the Wilmington Sea Dawgs and the PBL will be available in the upcoming weeks.
