San Diego Gulls Announce Roster Move

SAN DIEGO - The San Diego Gulls announced today that the American Hockey League (AHL) club has reassigned right wing Kyle Thomas to the Utah Grizzlies, San Diego's primary affiliate in the ECHL .

Thomas, 27 (1/31/90), recorded 1-12 points with a +2 rating in six games with San Diego this season. The 6-0, 191-pound forward collected 2-1214 points with a +1 rating and 12 penalty minutes (PIM) in 12 games with the Grizzlies prior to his recall on Nov. 10.

The Waltham, Mass. native has tallied 2-24 points with four PIM in 18 career AHL games with San Diego and Cleveland (2016-17). He has appeared in 161 career ECHL games with Utah (2017-18), Fort Wayne (2015-17), Quad City (2014-15) and Reading (2013-14), recording 47-83130 points with a +28 rating and 142 PIM.
