Salmon Kings Trade Yannick Tifu

Victoria, BC - The Victoria Salmon Kings, proud affiliate of the Vancouver Canucks and Manitoba Moose, announced today that they have traded forward Yannick Tifu to the Elmira Jackals for future considerations.
The fifth-year pro, and ECHL veteran, will return to the ECHL's American Conference and join the Jackals after participating in six games with the Salmon Kings this season where he accumulated six minutes in penalties.
The Salmon Kings welcome the Stockton Thunder to the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre this weekend for a two-game set with matches on Friday, October 30th, and Sunday, November 1st.
