Saints and Sinners 55th Annual Fall Guy Charity Roast to Honor Amerks Legend Jody Gage

(Rochester, NY)... Rochester Americans Hall of Famer Jody Gage will be the honored guest at the "Saints and Sinners 55th Annual Fall Guy Charity Roast" to be held at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center on Tuesday, Nov. 27 at 5:30 p.m. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Amerks Alumni Association.

News 10 NBC Anchor Rich Funke will serve as Master of Ceremonies for the event, while the "Roasters" will include Amerks Hall of Fame broadcaster Don Stevens, Amerks Hall of Fame defenseman Jim Hofford, sports agent Steve Bartlett, radio personality Jeremy Newman of 92.5 WBEE, and Rochester Knighthawks President Lewis Staats.

The Saints and Sinners, Inc. is a local Rochester organization whose goal is to provide funding to charities in the Rochester area. Since its inception, the organization has given more than $1,000,000 to local charitable organizations.

The Amerks Alumni Association was started in 1992 to engage in charitable fundraising for the benefit of needy individuals residing in Monroe County and for organizations in Monroe County that assist the needy. The association is a qualified 501(c)(3) organization and has recently become active in OASIS Adaptive Sports, Inc. (Outdoor Adventures for Sacrifice in Service), a non-profit organization offering instruction, equipment and support to disabled military veterans in a variety of sports activities, including ice skating.
