Round Rock Express Returns to Dell Diamond Friday

ROUND ROCK, Texas - The Round Rock Express returns to Dell Diamond Friday, May 2 to begin an eight-game homestand. The Express will play four games with the New Orleans Zephyrs (Miami Marlins affiliate) before welcoming the Omaha Storm Chasers (Kansas City Royals affiliate) to town on May 6 for another four-game series.

Tap into your inner Wookie and join us Friday, May 2 for Star Wars Night at the ballpark. Fans are encouraged to dress as their favorite character for the event, as there will be themed activities throughout the evening, including a Star Wars-themed Bud Light Friday Fireworks show following the game.

Longhorn legend and former Tennessee Titans superstar Vince Young will be on hand Saturday night to throw out the game's ceremonial first pitch. Dale Watson will be in concert after the game as part of the St. David's Postgame Concert Series presented by Dell. First pitch is scheduled for 6:05 p.m.

Come back out to the ballpark Sunday afternoon for Hispanic Heritage Day, presented by Budweiser. Sunday is also H-E-B Kids Day with pre-game events outside the stadium and post-game run the bases for fans 12 and under. Junior Sluggers will be able to take part in an on-field instructional clinic prior to the game.

Looking to cure that case of the Mondays? Join us for some day baseball on Monday, May 5 at 11:35 a.m. as the Express closes out the series with New Orleans.

Bring out the whole family or a group of friends and enjoy half-priced tickets on Tuesday! Come on down and join Ballpark Rob Barker on Wednesday for another fun Winning Wednesday, presented by the Texas Lottery! Both games start at 7:05 p.m.
