The Tulsa Roughnecks and Titan Sports & Performance Center announced a partnership today that will have all Roughnecks training activities located at the new state-of-the-art facility in 2017. The Roughnecks will utilize Titan as their official training ground as well as for strength and conditioning work.

The Titan Sports & Performance Center is being constructed near 81st and Elwood in the Tulsa Hills area.

The Titan Sports & Performance Center is a privately owned, multi-million dollar sports and performance facility that will include 10 outdoor soccer fields and 2 outdoor lacrosse fields across 65 acres. The facility will be located near 81st and Elwood in the Tulsa Hills area in south Tulsa.

The Titan complex will also include a 175,000 square foot indoor facility that will include 2 indoor soccer fields, 8 indoor basketball courts and 16 indoor volleyball courts. It will also house a 16,000 square foot fitness center and athlete training center.

Jeff Pace will become the team's official Strength and Conditioning Coach. Pace, who will be based at Titan, has nearly 15 years of experience as a strength and conditioning specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and is also a certified sports nutritionist.

"This partnership marks an important day in the growth of the Tulsa Roughnecks club," said Brian Carroll. "The Titan Center will provide a first-class facility for our players and staff to utilize on a daily basis. Our squad will have access to an artificial surface field as well as to a great training center and trainers. It will give our team the opportunity to be fully prepared for each step of the USL season."

Titan General Manger Stan Liedel said, "We are very excited to partner with the Tulsa Roughnecks. Our goal is to promote soccer and have a world class sports facility that includes an exceptional training center for all ages from youth to professional." He added, "This partnership is a win-win for Tulsa's soccer community."

The Roughnecks will begin training for the 2017 season in February.
