Philadelphia, PA - The Calgary Roughnecks scored six goals in the final quarter of their Sunday matinee at the Wells Fargo Arena, defeating the Philadelphia Wings 16-8.

Dane Dobbie (4g, 2a) and Shawn Evans (2g, 4a) recorded six-point performances for Calgary. Curtis Dickson tallied a hat trick and set up two others, while Geoff Snider (3g, 1a) and Scott Ranger (1g, 3a) posted four-point efforts in Calgary's second consecutive road win. Travis Cornwall, Dan MacRae and Daryl Veltman completed the scoring tally.

Paul Rabil (3g, 2a) and Kevin Crowley (2g, 3a) led the home team with five points each in the loss.

Roughnecks netminder Mike Poulin, who allowed just two goals in the first half, stopped 42 of 50 shots as Calgary improves to 2-2 on the season and move to second in the West Division.

The Roughnecks wrap up a three-game road swing on Saturday, February 2 in Edmonton against the Rush (1-2) at 7 p.m.

Calgary returns to the Scotiabank Saddledome on Saturday, February 9 when the Roughnecks host the Rush in back half of the home-and-home set, with a 7 p.m. face-off.
