Toronto - The Toronto Rock embarked on a massive undertaking as soon as the 2012 season came to an end in May. It was identified that the lacrosse club needed a bit of a remake in terms of it's branding and messaging across the board.

Enter Loopmedia Inc.

The brand design and full service production studio provides end-to-end solutions and content across all platforms. The Loop team has an impressive background having worked with several high profile organizations including the Juno Awards, the Toronto Symphony Orchestra and the Toronto Blue Jays.

"We needed a more cohesive message," said Rock Owner and President Jamie Dawick. "We wanted to have a look and a feel that clearly communicated who we are and something that was easily identifiable as the Toronto Rock. I really feel the Loop team has done all that and more."

The creative experts at Loop have re-designed the look of everything from social media channels to the teams' website to print ads. The icing on the cake however is three 15-second commercials that will air on various television stations throughout the entire season.

"A stronger presence on television was something we felt was necessary," said Dawick. "We have increased our marketing and media buy budget in an effort to raise our profile and get an even wider audience turned on to the Toronto Rock."

The TV spots feature Rock players Garrett Billings, Stephan Leblanc and captain Colin Doyle in a setting that certainly puts the spotlight on three of the best players in the game today. Loop shot live-action video and still footage creating an intense, dark and electric image.

"Our goal was to elevate the team's profile, speak to the current audience and grow the fan base by attracting new people to the game. The message across the board is the "BEST ticket in town." The Rock have won six NLL championships in 14 years and will be entering their 15th season in Toronto in 2013 when they hit the floor at Air Canada Centre.
