Robinson Torches Rainmen for 28 in Storm Win

(Summerside, PE) Summerside's Brandon Robinson scored 28 points against his former team as the STORM beat the Halifax Rainmen 103-92 at the Metro Centre in Halifax Friday night.

Greg Plummer added 15 points for the STORM while Antonio Ballard scored 13 and grabbed 9 rebounds. Joey Haywood led the Rainmen attack with 18 points.

The Summerside STORM improved their Atlantic Division leading record to 9-7 while Halifax falls to 7-8.

Next action for the STORM comes up this coming Sunday afternoon in Saint John when they take on the Mill Rats at 2 pm. Next STORM home action is Boxing Day at Credit Union Place at 2pm when the Rainmen make a return visit at 2pm.
