News Release

FRISCO, Texas (Oct. 11, 2017) - The Frisco RoughRiders have been nominated by Texas League president Tim Purpura to represent the league for four prestigious Minor League Baseball awards.

The RoughRiders are up for the John H. Johnson President's Award, John Henry Moss Community Service Award and Larry MacPhail Award. Also, RoughRiders Director of Partner Services Kathryne Buckley is a nominee for Rawlings Female Executive of the Year.

As a valued member of the franchise's leadership team, Buckley holds a prominent role in the overall success of the RoughRiders. The winners of this year's awards will be announced later in October and presented at the Baseball Winter Meetings in December in Orlando, Florida.
