Revolution Radio Network Announced

Battle Creek Revolution News Release


(Battle Creek, Mi) The Battle Creek Revolution, proud members of the All American Hockey League, are proud to announce for the third season that all home and road games will be carried on the Revolution Radio Network. The Revolution are partnering with Stream Net Sports to carry all 46 games for the 2010 season on the radio and video.

The Revolution was the first hockey team in the All American Hockey League to broadcast their games on the radio and to stream live video to their loyal fans. All radio broadcasts will start fifteen minutes prior to game with the Bobby Clouston Coaches Show and pregame show. The Revolution games will be broadcasted by veteran play by play broadcaster Andy Jach for the entire season. Also during all road games this season Andy will be joined by long time color broadcaster Barry Smith. New for the 2010-2011 season during home games the Revolution will have special guest color commentators that could range from front office staff, hockey players, and special media members.

"I look forward to working with Stream Net Sports for the 2010-2011 season again bringing all games to our loyal fans," states Jach, Director of Broadcasting and Media Relations. "We again will cover all home games on video and radio and again will make sure that all road games will be covered on the radio."

The Revolution games will be free of charge for the upcoming season on Video and Radio to all of our fans and families of Revolution players. Stream Net Sports has upgraded all of its video streaming equipment and video quality that will impress all of the Revolution fans for the entire season. The fans will be able to listen and watch every game for the entire season by going to www.bcrevolutionhockey.com or www.streamnetsports.com and clicking on the video and radio links for each game.

The Revolution are also proud to announce the new weekly radio show called Revolution Weekly that will replace the Coaches Show for this upcoming season. The show will air every Monday night starting at 7:00pm with the first show starting on October 18th. The show will feature in depth weekly recaps, player interviews, and your top source for Battle Creek Revolution hockey news. A new feature to the weekly radio show is callers from all across the world will be able to call and ask live on air questions to the shows host and players. The show again will be hosted by Andy Jach and Barry Smith every week.

The Revolution will open up training camp on October 16th, with players reporting for physicals. The Revolution will then hold two days of practice before their preseason schedule opens up with games against a to be announced team. The regular season is slated to begin on Friday night October 22nd.
