From the Notes

Bullpen Works Overtime: The Aces' bullpen pitched 7.1 innings of two-run ball on Saturday night after starter Vicente Campos departed in the second inning with an apparent right arm injury. Reno's relief corps now has worked six or more innings in a game on 11 occasions this season, and has allowed three or fewer runs in 10 of those games.

Aces Love to See Lee: Reno touched up Tacoma starter Zach Lee for seven earned runs on 10 hits (one home run) over 5.2 innings last night. In three starts this season against the Aces - all following his trade from the Dodgers to the Mariners on June 19 - Lee is 0-3 with a 12.86 ERA (20 ER/14.0 IP) and five home runs allowed.

Hits All Around: All nine players in the Aces batting order had at least one hit last night, with Kevin Medrano (3), Todd Glaesmann, Jack Reinheimer and Ildemaro Vargas (2 each) notching multi-hit games. Reinheimer recorded his 40th multi-hit effort of the season, matching the recently-promoted Kyle Jensen for the team lead in that category. Medrano's three knocks marked his first multi-hit contest with the Aces this year, after he had 19 such games with Mobile (3 hits - 8 times, 2 hits - 11 times).
