MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The Omaha Storm Chasers scored five runs over the final two innings for a 8-3 win over the Memphis Redbirds in the finale of a three-game series on Wednesday night at AutoZone Park.

Memphis dropped two of three to Omaha in the series and still remains two games behind the Iowa Cubs in the PCL American Northern Division.

Redbirds starter Michael Wacha was charged with two runs on four hits in five innings for a no-decision. He walked two and struck out three with 88 pitches, 56 for strikes.

Second baseman Ryan Jackson recorded his third four-hit effort of the season. Outfielder Tommy Pham added two hits and an RBI.

First baseman Brock Peterson put the Redbirds on the board in the bottom of the first with a towering solo home run over the right field wall. It was the all-star slugger's PCL-leading 21st blast of the season.

Omaha plated a pair of runs in the third inning against Wacha, beginning with a Quinton Berry leadoff single. Later in the inning with two men in scoring position, Anthony Seratelli lined a two-run single to center.

Memphis struck back with two runs against Former Redbird Maikel Cleto (3-4) to knot the contest at 3-3. With the bases loaded thanks to a pair of singles and a walk, Jamie Romak hit a deep sacrifice fly to center to score Adron Chambers. Next batter Pham then lined a game-tying RBI single to score Jackson.

Nick Greenwood (1-3) yielded four runs for six hits in two innings. Jorge Rondon gave up two runs (one earned) while allowing both of his inherited runners to score.

Danny Duffy scattered seven hits over six frames for one run for a no decision. Cleto backed into the win with the blown save, allowing two runs in three innings against his former club.

The Redbirds travel east down I-40 to face the cross-state rival Nashville Sounds (Triple-A Brewers) for the final time in 2013. The season series between the two Tennessee clubs is tied at 6-6. Right-hander Carlos Martinez (3-2, 2.98) will start the series opener in Music City against Sounds righty R.J. Seidel (1-4, 5.94).
