The Shorebirds (19-28) have now taken two of the first three games in the four-game set from the BlueClaws (28-21), who were trying to get to nine games over .500 for the first time this season.
Delmarva got runs in the first and third innings off Felix Paulino on two RBI doubles by Preston Palmeiro for a 2-0 lead.

With one out and runners on the corners, Ismael Cabrera came in and gave up an RBI double to Daniel Fajardo and a three-run home run to Alejandro Juvier .
