RED DEER, AB - Brent Sutter, General Manager/Head Coach of the Red Deer Rebels Hockey Club, announced today the acquisition of 18-year old forward Jordan Roy from the Tri-City Americans in exchange for a conditional 5th round selection in the 2019 Western Hockey League Bantam Draft.
Roy is entering his second season in the WHL. Last year with the Americans, Roy played in 34 games, scoring 2 goals and 1 assist for 3 points. He was the Americans 5th round pick in the 2013 WHL Bantam Draft.
