Real Salt Lake Owner Dell Loy Hansen Opens First of Eight "Youth Academy Training Centers" in North

NORTH LOGAN, SANDY, Utah (Friday, December 1, 2017) - Real Salt Lake Owner Dell Loy Hansen will be joined by the Club's active MLS/RSL players Justen Glad and Luke Mulholland, North Logan Mayor Lloyd Berentzen, Real Youth Academy President Jake Haueter and RSL Youth Academy Technical Director Will Rader to formally open the first of the Utah club's eight planned regional training centers.
Each $6 million facility is equipped with an indoor field, an outdoor field and a classroom setting in order to facilitate time on the ball for youth players, coaching and referee educational opportunities for clubs and players, as well as a development curricula aimed at providing boys and girls ages 7-14 a world-class setting to hone their skills and facilitate their love of the game.
Future regional training center locations are planned to be built in the next 4-5 years along the Wasatch Front in Utah, from Logan in the north to St. George in the southern edge of the state, as well as a pair of Arizona locations proximate to both Phoenix and Tucson.
