(Rochester, New York)....Finishing off a three-game homestand in grand style, the defending ABA champion Rochester RazorSharks defeated the Cape Cod Frenzy 120-100 in a special Monday matinee in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day at The Blue Cross Arena in downtown Rochester. The RazorSharks have won three straight games and eight of their last nine contests as they move to 15-5 on the season. Rochester has won 28 straight games on home court at The Blue Cross Arena, a Rochester professional basketball record.

James "Mook" Reaves had 23 points and Eric Coley contributed 20 as Rochester again jumped out to an early lead and never looked back. Demond Stewart and Jamal Nichols each had 18 points and Brian Edwards added 14 as Rochester send Cape Cod (7-11) to their sixth straight loss.

Rochester hits the road for a two-game series over the weekend as they travel to the Motor City to play the Detroit Panthers on Saturday, January 20 at 7:00 p.m., then sneak around Lake Erie to meet the Toledo Royal Knights on Monday, January 22 at 7:00 p.m. The RazorSharks return home on Thursday, January 25 to host the Strong Island Sound at 7:05 p.m.
