Myrtle Beach, S.C.- Saturday's game between the Wilmington Blue Rocks (15-31) and the Myrtle Beach Pelicans (26-21) has been postponed due to rain. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Sunday at 2:05 p.m. The Blue Crew took game one of the series on Friday night by holding the Pellies to just one run on three hits as the Rocks used three pitchers on the evening for a 3-1 victory.
The Blue and White will toss LHP Foster Griffin (0-2, 2.35) in the opener and RHP Zach Lovvorn (0-6, 4.40) in the following game while the Pelicans will first send RHP Jon Martinez (3-2, 3.35) to the mound in Game One followed by RHP Zach Hedges (4-4, 2.70) in Game Two.
