Providence Bruins Annual Toy Drive Set for this Weekend

*Providence, RI -* The Providence Bruins Annual Toy Drive Weekend will take place prior to home games this weekend to benefit Children's Friend.

Fans are encouraged to bring new, unwrapped toys to the Dunkin Donuts Center before games on Friday, December 9 at 7:05 and Sunday, December 11 at 3:05. Marked bins will be in the main lobby where fans can place their toy before watching the red-hot P-Bruins, who have points in each of their last nine games.

Tickets for either game are still available and can be purchased at the Dunkin Donuts Center box office or online at ProvidenceBruins.com.

A non-profit organization founded in 1834, Children's Friend is a leading provider of child welfare, family support, mental health, and child development services. Families are strengthened by creating safe and nurturing environments for children during the crucial early years, and by helping parents gain access to the resources, education, and support that they need. In this way, children are given the foundation to help them live healthy and productive lives. Children's Friend provided services to help over 38,000 children and families in 2015.
