Kearney, NE. - The Tri-City Storm complete a three game weekend today at Ralston Arena in a 4:05pm matchup with the Omaha Lancers. Today's game will be the fourth preseason game for Tri-City, and the final game of the I-80 Cup preseason event hosted by Omaha. The Storm enter today's game with a record of 2-0-1-0 through three preseason games.

Tri-City looks to bounce back this afternoon following a 4-3 overtime loss yesterday to the Sioux City Musketeers. The Storm will play Omaha and Lincoln later this week to complete a six game exhibition schedule. To this point in the 2018-2019 USHL preseason, Storm forward Joe Molenaar leads all players with three goals. All three goals for Molenaar came in a hat trick performance against Sioux Falls on Friday, in the Storm's 6-2 defeat of the Stampede. Brad Morrissey is the only other Storm player with multiple goals, scoring once against Sioux Falls, and again in Tri-City's 4-3 overtime loss to Sioux City yesterday afternoon. Elias Rosen, Ben Almquist, Colton Kalezic, Ruben Rafkin, Joe Berg, Benji Eckerle, and Asa Kinnear have also scored goals for the Storm through the first three games of the preseason.

Omaha is in search of its first win of the preseason after dropping back to back games this weekend against Lincoln and Sioux Falls. The Lancers will again host the Storm on Thursday, September 20th, before finishing its preseason schedule against the Lincoln Stars on Saturday, September 22nd.

The 2018 I-80 Cup preseason event hosted by the Omaha Lancers features five teams in six games across three days. Today's game between the Storm and the Lancers begins at 4:05pm. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased at the entrances of Ralston Arena. Seating is general admission, and available on a first come first serve basis. A $5 ticket is good for both games featured at the arena for the day.

Today's game will be streamed live on HockeyTV, and Storm Radio. HockeyTV is a subscription based service that carries all Storm home and away games throughout the season.
