The Bees: After hitting just one home run with Somerset last season (and only one in April/May of 2016), James Skelton has suddenly found his home run stroke. With another long ball last night, the catcher has hit four home runs over his past five games played, and his five home runs in June are tied for most in the league this month.
The Opposition: During his six-game hitting streak, outfielder Josh Whitaker is hitting .304 (7-23) with three runs scored and a double...In three games (two starts) vs. the Bees this season as a member of the York Revolution, left-hander Kelvin De La Cruz was 2-1 with a 2.31 ERA with eight strikeouts in 11.2 innings pitched.

Key to the Game - Johnnies Be Good:Jon Griffin and Jon Jones have been two of the most important catalysts for the Bees' offense of late. Both hitters are batting well over .300 in their past five games (Griffin .444, Jones .333) with six RBIs and seven runs scored between them. They've been at the center of nearly every Bees' rally for the past two weeks, and if that trend continues tonight, the Bees have an excellent chance at taking the first three games of this series and getting over .500.
