ORLANDO - The Orlando Predators announced several roster moves Tuesday, including the addition of sixth-year veteran defensive lineman Terrance Taylor.

"Terrance is a disruptive interior player," said Head Coach Rob Keefe. "He finishes plays when he gets to the quarterback and provides a veteran presence on our defensive line. I expect Terrance to give us another great pass rusher on the front end of our defense."

Over his first five seasons in the Arena Football League, Taylor (6-1, 300, Michigan) registered 77.5 total tackles with 22 sacks and 24 stops for loss while adding 14 forced fumbles, six fumble recoveries, three pass breakups, and one interception. He spent the past three seasons with the Spokane Shock, where he notched 17.5 sacks as the team's starting nose guard.

Taylor entered the AFL as a rookie with the Shock in 2011, but was released midway through the season and joined Pittsburgh Power, where he spent the 2012 season before returning to Spokane in 2013.

Taylor was selected in the fourth round of the 2009 NFL Draft by the Indianapolis Colts and has also been a member of the Carolina Panthers and Detroit Lions. He was a three-year starter during his collegiate career at the University of Michigan, where he delivered 104 tackles with 6.5 sacks and 17.5 stops for loss.

In other roster moves, Orlando activated from the "Physically Unable Perform" list defensive backs Varmah Sonie and Paul Stephens, both of whom sustained minor injuries during training camp. In order to stay at the league-mandated 28-man roster limit, the team parted ways with three players in defensive back Bobby Felder and wide receivers Royce Adams and Derrick Hector.?
