LAST TIME OUT: The Skeeters lost their second straight game 5-2 and dropped their three-game series against Southern Maryland.

DOUBLE-HEADER: Due to weather issues, the Skeeters had to postpone Thursday night's game against Somerset. The two teams will play a double-header on Saturday, June 25 that will be two seven-inning games. Game 1 start time will be 6:05 p.m.

PENNANT RACE: The Skeeters have 11 games remaining in the first half of the season and currently sit 4.5 games behind York for 1st place in the Freedom Division.

ALL-TIME AGAINST SOMERSET: The Skeeters are 36-51 in the all-time series against the Patriots (19-24 at Constellation Field, 17-27 at TD Bank Ballpark).

AGAINST SOMERSET IN 2016: The Skeeters are a perfect 6-0 against the Patriots so far this season (3-0 at Constellation Field, 3-0 at TD Bank Ballpark).

BARFIELD OF DREAMS: Jeremy Barfield has now hit safely in 23 of his last 25 G after going 1-3, RBI Wednesday night against Southern Maryland. Over that span, Barfield is hitting .387 (38-98), 5 HR, 19 RBI with 13 multi-hit games. Barfield is also on a 8 G hitting-streak, batting .406 (13-42), 2 HR, 4 RBI.

MERRITTABLE: Roy Merritt hasn't picked up a decision in his last three starts but has been extremely effective on the mound while boasting a 1.89 ERA. Total Stat Line: (0-0, 1.89 ERA, 19.0 IP, 17 H, 4 R, 4 ER, 17 K, 5 BB).
