PG Cougars Pay It Forward, Welcome Home Project Update

PRINCE GEORGE, BC - The Prince George Cougars, in partnership with Ridgeline Roofing, are excited to announce partnerships and further details for the "Pay it Forward, Welcome Home Project," which is well underway.
Several local businesses have already joined the project, including: Stella Built Masonry LTD, Bright Rock Investment, Berkos Ventures, Stuart Stone & Stucco, Quantum Foam & Rhino Linings, House to Home Design, 6ix Sigma Productions, Buy Right Homes LTD, WR Ventures, Fox Plumbing, Homescope Décor, Onyx Tome & Custom Cabinets, PG Crane & Recovery, Youngtown Construction and Speedy Glass.
Josh Eiswerth from Ridgeline Roofing, "The response from our local contractors and businesses has been nothing short of amazing. When Ridgeline took on this project, we knew we would have lots of support, but the speed and enthusiasm we've seen from everyone has been unbelievably encouraging and exciting. We can't wait to get the shovels in the ground and get this home built!"
Local businesses can pay it forward by contributing goods and services towards the home construction and furnishings. Businesses and the public can also donate towards the purchase of the property for the house, through the "Pay if Forward, Welcome Home Project," GoFundMe page (link on the Cougars website). The target to purchase the property is $100,000.
"The Cougars are beyond proud to be involved with this fantastic project. It's precisely what we believe in in terms of the quality and generosity of people in our City," said Vice-President, Business Andy Beesley. "Working with Josh (Eiswerth) and all of this staff at Ridgeline roofing is a privilege, and this pay it forward project is another example of how like-minded people and businesses can all work together to create a better city."
The "Pay it Forward, Welcome Home Project," is community initiative, led by the Cougars and Ridgeline Roofing, to building a new, modest, functional and practical home, located centrally in Prince George for one deserving family- free of charge.
Nomination deadline for the "Pay it Forward, Welcome Home Project" is Thursday, May 31st. Nomination forms are available on the Cougars' website and at Ridgeline Roofing's office (2173 Ogilvie Street South) along with the Cougars' (#102-2187 Ospika Boulevard South).
