Petes Set to Play for Ninth Straight Win on Kawartha Komets Game Night

Peterborough, ON- On Thursday, December 29, the Peterborough Petes will host the Ottawa 67's at the Memorial Centre at 7:05pm. The game is sponsored by and is being played in support of the Kawartha Komets, who will be distributing free fridge magnets to the first 1,000 fans in attendance.

Peterborough Snofest Idol contestants will also be on hand during the game. Before the Petes faceoff against the rival 67's, 2016 Snofest Idol winner Kristen Taylor-Head will perform the national anthem, while 2017 finalists Martha and Mary Colton will perform from 6-7pm in the North Lobby.

The Komets, in addition to the promotional magnet giveaway, will also be offering fans chances to win over $1,000 in prizes at their silent auction table and chuck-a-puck contest. Visit the Komets in the lobbies to win the following prizes:
