Pats Acquire Rights to Jubenvill from Spokane

Regina, Saskatchewan - The Regina Pats have made a trade with the Spokane Chiefs acquiring the rights to Defenseman Tyler Jubenvill ('99). In exchange, the Chiefs receive a conditional fourth round pick in the 2018 WHL Bantam Draft.

Jubenvill is a native of Gilbert Plains, Manitoba and was originally selected by the Chiefs in the 9th round of the 2014 WHL Bantam Draft. The 5'10, 180 pounder spent the 2015-16 season with the Winkler Flyers of the MJHL. Last season, in 57 games, he scored 4 times and added 25 assists for 29 points and recorded 18 penalty minutes.

The Regina Pats have also reassigned Forward Jake Elmer ('98) to the Grande Prairie Storm of the AJHL. This brings the Regina Pats roster to 27 players - 17 forwards, 10 defencemen and 2 goalies.
