Springfield concluded the 2016 NAHL Entry Draft selecting 12 players from a variety of locations and leagues highlighted by the selection of 2 former players, Devin Cooley and Danny DiGrande. Other selections include 2 players who attended Draft Camp, Connor Matsinger and Brian Sanzone, and the selection of a Swedish player John Lackdal.
