Pacifics Home Exhibition Game Scheduled for May 26th

May 8, 2017 - Pacific Association (PA) - San Rafael Pacifics

News Release

San Rafael, CA - The three-time league champion San Rafael Pacifics, entering their sixth season of play, have announced their traditional pre-season exhibition game will be played at Albert Park in San Rafael on Friday, May 26, 2017 at 7:05pm.

This year the team's opponent will be from outside the Pacific Association, giving fans an opportunity to see some rising stars from pro leagues around the country.

"This will be a real treat for our fans," said Pacifics Assistant General Manager, Megan Castellucci. "The Black Sox have sent a lot of players to teams throughout all ranks of pro baseball and are a premier player development organization. We think this game will be a great chance for us to scout some of their players and for our fans to see some fresh faces."

The New Jersey Black Sox have been a traveling professional team for the past 15 years. The goal of the Black Sox Baseball League is to guide and advance professional players into higher levels of independent and affiliated professional baseball.

Tickets for the game are available on the Pacifics web site at pacificsbaseball.com or at the Barbier Security Ticket Booth at Albert Park, which opens one hour before game time. All seats for this game are available for only $5.00 on a first come, first served basis.
