The Dodgers won both games of a doubleheader Saturday to extend their first-place lead in the division standings to 8.5 games and cut their magic number to one, with 11 games remaining in the regular season.

Yesterday's Games: The Dodgers won both games of a doubleheader against Colorado Springs Saturday night in OKC, winning the first game on a walk-off RBI single by Austin Barnes, 1-0, and taking a commanding lead in the second game on a grand slam by Drew Maggi to win, 5-1...In the first game, the teams played to a scoreless tie through 8.5 innings of the scheduled seven-inning game. Yasiel Puig led off the bottom of the ninth with a double on a fly ball to center field that fell just short of a home run. Later with one out, Barnes lined a single to right-center field to bring home Puig for the walk-off win. Dodgers starting pitcher Trevor Oaks exited the game after facing three batters with an injury. Six relievers followed to combine for the team's 11th shutout win, limiting the Sky Sox to three hits. Ralston Cash (3-0) pitched the ninth inning to earn his third win of the season. Colorado Springs pitcher David Goforth (3-4) was charged with the loss...In the second game, the Dodgers broke open the scoring in the second inning, scoring all five of their runs. A passed ball allowed the first run to score. Later in the inning with two outs and the bases loaded, Maggi connected on a grand slam that landed in the Dodgers bullpen in left-center field for a 5-0 lead. Colorado Springs broke up the shutout with two outs in the top of the seventh on a RBI single by Kyle Wren. Dodgers starting pitcher Lisalverto Bonilla (3-5) went the distance, holding the Sky Sox to one run and five hits over seven innings. He issued two walks and recorded seven strikeouts in the win. Sky Sox starting pitcher Josh Hader (1-6) took the loss.
