Ohio Machine News Release

COLUMBUS, Ohio- The 2017 Major League Lacrosse champion Ohio Machine have announced an extension to the team's partnership with The Spot Athletics. As part of the agreement, The Spot Athletics will continue to be the official speed and performance facility of the Ohio Machine.

"The Spot Athletics is excited to spend another season as the official speed and performance facility of the Ohio Machine," The Spot Athletics Founder JL Holdworth said. "Helping the best Lacrosse athletes in the world get prepared for another championship season is something we take great pride in."

Holdsworth will return for his third season as the Ohio Machine Strength and Conditioning Coach.

"The Spot Athletics and JL have and will continue to push our team to the next level," Ohio Machine Vice President of Marketing and Business Development Brian Ciccone said. "In a league where guys travel in and out of town for games, JL and his team make sure our defending champs have their strength and conditioning at peak levels. Our team, especially Dominque Alexander, loves to train at The Spot Athletics because it focuses its training not only on the sport but for physical and mental strength. We are truly excited that this relationship will continue and give all lacrosse players across Sheen Nation a place to train like a pro."

The Machine and The Spot Athletics partnership will kick off in 2018 this April as training camp begins.
