The North Shore Navigators (25-24) and the Pittsfield Suns (17-29) each put runners in scoring position on Saturday, but the North Shore Navigators capitalized on more RBI opportunities, pulling out a 3-2 win at Wahconah Park. Colby Maiola blasted two home runs for the North Shore Navigators. Maiola went 2-4 in the game with two RBIs and two runs scored. Maiola homered in the second and sixth innings. Brian Burke recorded his fifth win of the year for the North Shore Navigators. He allowed one run over four innings. He struck out two, walked one and surrendered two hits. Adam Krol (1-1) took the loss for the Pittsfield Suns. He lasted just four innings, walked none, struck out one, and allowed one run.
