North Carolina Courage Games to be Broadcast Locally on Capitol Broadcasting Properties

Cary, N.C. - The North Carolina Football Club has added select NC Courage games to its local broadcasting schedule, the club announced today. Capitol Broadcasting Company will broadcast a total of four games from the second half of the Courage season. Each week, these games will be on one of following Capitol Broadcasting properties: WRAL (NBC) WRAZ (FOX), WRAL2 or WILM-TV.
The first game of the broadcasting schedule will be an exciting matchup between the first-place Courage and the third-place Seattle Reign FC on Saturday, July 8 on WRAL2. This will be the first meeting between the two clubs this season as the NC Courage looks to hang on to the top spot in the NWSL standings for the 12^th week in a row.
As established at the start of the 2017 season, fans can also watch NC Courage games through the go90 app, go90.com, NWSLSoccer.com, and the Lifetime Game of the Week. The NC Courage has two remaining Lifetime games this season against the Portland Thorns FC at 3:30 p.m. on July 15 and against the Washington Spirit at 3:30 p.m. on August 19.

The NC Courage broadcast team will consist of Dean Linke, Thori Bryan, and Kelly Glendenning. Linke has been the voice of NCFC for over 11 years and will handle the play by play announcing. Thori Bryan is a former U.S. Women's National Team defender and will provide her expert analysis as the color commentator. Kelly Glendenning will continue to offer analysis and insight as the sideline reporter. This team brings over 30 years of broadcasting and soccer experience to the table and strive for excellence to provide the best broadcast in the NWSL.
