February 21, 2010 - NBA G League (G League) News Release


Will Conroy recorded 11 points, 15 rebounds and 12 assists to pick up his second-straight triple-double, the sixth of his NBA Development League career and the third in Rio Grande Valley Vipers history. Mike Harris led all scorers with 30 points and nine rebounds while Craig Winder finished with 23 points. The Red Claws were led by Russell Robinson who scored 19 points with nine assists and Billy Thomas who also scored 19 points.

Desmon Farmer hit four three-pointers en route to a game-high 25 points. Farmer, who scored 41 points Friday night against Springfield, kicked-in seven assists and four rebounds for Reno. Rod Benson continued his low-post dominance of late, notching another double-double with 13 points and 10 boards. D.J. Strawberry came off the bench to add 20 points and eight assists Tony Bobbitt led Springfield with 23 points, helped by five three-point field goals. Kyle McAlarney dished-out nine assists, and JamesOn Curry added 22 points for the Armor.

Leemire Goldwire posted a game-high 24 points off the bench for Sioux Falls. Alexander Johnson posted his third straight double-double with 22 points and 13 rebounds while Reggie Williams added 21 points on 7-of-10 field goals Romel Beck led the Wizards with 22 points while James Jackson registered his third double-double of the season with 12 points and 10 rebounds. David Bell contributed 13 points behind 4-of-5 3-pointers.

The D-Fenders finished the game with seven players in double-figures, led by Ryan Forehan-Kelly with a team-high 20. Diamon Simpson notched a double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds Donell Taylor finished the game with a game-high 26 points for the Stampede.

Fort Wayne was led by Dan Dickau, who scored 17 points and had a game high 11 assists. Jared Reiner added 15 points, and Ron Howard chipped in 13 for the Ants For the Bayhawks, Cavaliers call-up Cedric Jackson led all scorers with 21 points and added eight rebounds and eight assists. Ivan Harris chipped in 19 points.

Leading scorers for the Flash were Andre Ingram and Brian Hamilton, tied with 18, while the Energy were led by Cartier Martin and Othyus Jeffers with 24 and 20 points, respectively.

ALUMNI ACHIEVEMENTS: A look at NBA D-League Alumni in last night's NBA games:

19 players with NBA D-League experience competed in six NBA games last night, five as starters.

As a starter for Houston, Aaron Brooks notched a team-high 26 points and dished seven assists

Starting for Washington, Andray Blatche tallied a game-high 24 points to go with six rebounds.
