THE WEEK THAT WAS - (1-0-0)

November 16, 2007 - The Wheeling Nailers game on Friday night was rescheduled due to transportation issues for the Nailers. It will be made up Tuesday at 7:30p.m. at Cincinnati's US Bank Arena.

November 17, 2007 - In the Nailers second overtime game went better than the first as Wheeling beat Dayton on an Adam Henrich goal 1:32 into overtime. Terry Denike made 26 saves in his return to Dayton, the team that released him just 10 days prior. Kyle Rank notched his second multi-goal game of the season and Aaron Boogaard scored for the third consecutive game.

Notes -

First Blood...Each time the Nailers have scored first in a game, they have won. They are 6-0-0 when scoring the first goal of the game and 0-3-1 when they have allowed it.

Back on the Road... The Nailers have a tough road ahead of them with five games in six days surrounding Thanksgiving. They also do not play back-to-back games in the same city.

Power Play Points...Only Idaho and Gwinnett have a better power-play percentage than the Wheeling Nailers (23.9%). Adam Henrich has scored 5 PPG which ties him for fourth in the league. Sean Collins and Ned Havern each have 8 PP points to lead the team.
