Nailers Power Hour

February 25, 2010 - ECHL (ECHL)
Wheeling Nailers News Release

Wheeling, WV -It's Thursday night and that means another edition of the Nailers Power Hour presented by Pepsi. The show airs Thursdays from 6-7pm on The Mix 97.3 and the Nailers Hockey Network presented by Amica Insurance.

Host Bob Rotruck will talk with Head Coach Greg Puhalski about all the latest Nailers news and we'll also bring in defenseman Cleve Kinley for a chat. Various players shared some of their thoughts on how the Olympics have been going so far and we'll replay that interesting intermission segment too.

The Nailers are in the thick of a heated playoff battle with only 15 games remaining in the regular season and are right in there with Toledo and Kalamazoo in the North Division race and two points ahead of 9th place Gwinnett in the American Conference in the battle for 8th place and the last playoff spot.

Greg Puhalski will also tell us about the return of a familiar player from last year, Billy Ryan. The24 year old from the University of Maine played for Wheeling last February and March and started lighting it up almost immediately upon his arrival.

That's the Nailers Power Hour Presented by Pepsi Thursday nights at 6.

The Nailers wrap up their road trip this weekend with games at Reading and Elmira on Friday and Saturday nights. Wheeling returns home next weekend with three home games in three days including a WTRF Friday Family Four-Pack Night, OV McBear Bobbleheads on Saturday, and a post-game skate with the Nailers players on Sunday.
