Idaho Steelheads News Release

(Boise, ID) - Idaho Steelheads forward Kael Mouillierat has been named the Reebok Hockey ECHL Rookie of the Month for November.

Mouillierat, who turns 23 next week, scored nine goals in ten games for the Steelheads during November, adding six assists along the way. He also picked up his first professional hat trick, a three-goal "natural" trick during the second period of Idaho's win over Victoria on November 6.

The Edmonton, Alberta, native leads ECHL rookies in goals (10) and is third among ECHL rookies in points (17).

Mouillierat made his professional debut with the Steelheads at the end of last season, netting two goals in nine games after concluding his college career at Minnesota State, where he was a teammate of current Steelheads Geoff Irwin and Mike Zacharias.

The Steelheads are back at Qwest Arena with games on December 2, 3, and 4 against the rival Alaska Aces. A group night with the Steelheads is a great way to celebrate the holidays with family, friends, and co-workers - and you can save money on ticket prices too.
