Mooseheads win Jean-Rougeau Trophy

BOUCHERVILLE, Friday March 22, 2013 - The Quebec Major Junior Hockey League Commissioner, Gilles Courteau, was on hand this evening to award the Halifax Mooseheads, regular season champions, the Jean-Rougeau Trophy at the Metro Centre.
"The Mooseheads had a exceptional season during which they won 58 games equaling the presitigious record held by the Sorel Eperviers, Trois-Rivieres Draveurs and Saint John Sea Dogs. I would like to congratulate the players, management, training staff and all the support staff for their excellent season and a special thanks to Halifax's fans for their support. They all played a vital role in the team's success" said the Commissioner.
