Minnesota Lynx Waive Kaili McLaren

MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL - The Minnesota Lynx today announced the team has waived forward Kaili McLaren.
McLaren, a 6-2 forward, who signed with Minnesota on April 24, most recently played for Urla Eda in the TKBL (Turkey's 2nd division) in 2014-15, tallying 15.6 points, 8.1 rebounds and 1.9 assists in 13 contests. She played collegiately at Connecticut, averaging 3.2 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game while shooting 51.3% in four seasons (144 games) with the Huskies. McLaren was a teammate of Maya Moore and Renee Montgomery on UConn's 2009 NCAA Championship team and again with Moore on the 2010 title squad.
