Miami FC News Release
WHO:
Head Coach Alessandro NestaDefenders Hunter FreemanMidfielder Richie RyanForwards Vincenzo Rennella
WHAT:
The Miami FC's eight-match unbeaten streak was snapped in the 3-0 loss against the Deltas, but Miami has only lost two straight matches once this season. Losses tend to ignite the Orange and Blue, as Miami has embarked on unbeaten streaks of 14 (won five and seven in a row) and eight (won five in a row) and a winning streak of two following a loss in 2017. Miami never rests on its laurels. Jaime Chávez started and played 90 minutes in the match, something he's done in each of the past 12 matches. Chávez has racked up nine goals and four assists during that span, while Miami has accumulated an 8-2-3 record during that time period. Ariel Martínez continues to excel in his role as a super-sub. Coming on for just 26 minutes in order to give Miami's offense a spark, Martínez created two scoring chances, took one shot and even won two tackles in a limited 30 touches. His dynamism is a huge asset off the bench for head coach Alessandro Nesta.
