Mayhem Add Collegiate Netminder to Goaltender Competition Colgate-product Finn signs try-out agreement with Mayhem

MACON, GA- The Macon Mayhem and Director of Hockey Operations Kevin Kerr announced today the signing of collegiate goaltender Charlie Finn to a try-out agreement.

Finn, 24, comes to Macon after being released from his professional try-out with the Allen Americans of the ECHL. The native of North Vancouver, British Columbia played four years at the NCAA Division I level for Colgate University. In four seasons at Colgate, the 5-11, 175-pound goaltender played 126 games, going 54-57-13 with a 2.63 goals against average (GAA) and a .912 save percentage (SV%). Prior to his collegiate career, Finn played three seasons of junior hockey for the Kingston Voyageurs of the Ontario Junior Hockey League (OJHL).

The signing of Finn brings the Mayhem's training camp roster to 29 players, including 16 forwards, eight defensemen and five goaltenders. The team's training camp roster and offseason transactions can be found on the team's "Player Tracker" at MaconMayhem.com under the "News" tab.
