Kansas City Mavericks News Release
TULSA, Okla. - The Missouri Mavericks have won a season-best four consecutive games entering Saturday night's action against the Tulsa Oilers. The last two wins, including last night's 3-0 triumph over Tulsa, have been powered by a defense that has given up one combined goal in those games. Goalie Eamon McAdam has anchored that defense by stopping 86 of the last 87 shots he has faced.

That includes a 2-2-2 mark on the road. Tulsa, meanwhile, has gone 6-12-2 since December 27, which includes a 3-3-1 home record. The Oilers have been without all-star goalie Jamie Phillips (3-1-0 vs. Missouri) since a Jan. 19 AHL call-up.
