COLUMBIA, S.C. (Nov. 12)- Goaltender Todd Ford has been recalled to the Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League, head coach and director of hockey operations Troy Mann announced today.

Ford has played seven games for the Inferno this season, going 3-2-1-0 with a 4.29 goals-against average and a .854 save percentage.

The native of Calgary, Alberta, has played in 101 regular-season ECHL games, splitting time between the Pensacola Ice Pilots and the Inferno. Since his rookie ECHL season in 2004-05, the 6-foot-4, 180-pounder has a career record of 48-36-10, with a 3.07 goals-against average and a .901 save percentage.

Ford has also played 13 career games in the AHL, where he has a 5-5-0 record, a 3.62 goals-against average and a .868 save percentage. He was originally drafted in the third round, 74th overall, by the Toronto Maple Leafs in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft.
