Mammoth Helps 'Fi(gh)t for the Cure' to Knock out Breast Cancer
DENVER - The Colorado Mammoth announced today its support of Dillard's 'FI(GH)T FOR THE CURE' event to Knock Out Breast Cancer. The team has partnered with Dillard's on its annual campaign that raises money for Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
"With Breast Cancer Awareness Month upon us, it's an honor to work with Dillard's to raise money to find a cure to the disease," said Mammoth president & general manager Steve Govett.
On Friday, October 5, Mammoth Wild Bunch dancers and forward Jamie Shewchuk will visit Dillard's locations in metro Denver to sign autographs and pose for pictures to those in attendance. For every bra fitting throughout the day at all three stores, a donation will be made to Komen.
"It's an honor for our company to partner with the Colorado Mammoth on such a meaningful promotion," said Kristi Dean of Dillard's. "I encourage women of all ages to participate in Friday's event."
