Lightning Evens Series with Win

(LONDON, Ontario) - Sunday afternoon at Budweiser Gardens, the London Lightning beat the Windsor Express 105-100 in Game 2 of their second round playoff series.

The series is now tied 1-1.

Akeem Scott finished with 27 points and eight assists. Garrett Williamson and Akeem Wright had 18 points while Nick Okorie and Stephen Maxwell added 15. Wright collected 13 rebounds as well for the double-double.

The lead changed 25 times over the course of the game, but in the end it was London who came out on top, outscoring Windsor 31-20 in the final quarter.

Games 3 and 4 will be played at the WFCU Centre on Tuesday, May 17 and Thursday May 19 respectively. Game 5 will be played at Budweiser Gardens Saturday, May 21. Tickets can be purchased online or through the Budweiser Gardens box office.
