CINCINNATI, Ohio -- Cincinnati Mighty Ducks left wing Chris Kunitz was recalled by the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim on Tuesday.
Kunitz, who recorded a goal and an assist to help lead the Canadian All-Stars to a 9-5 victory over the PlanetUSA All-Stars in the 2004 AHL All-Star game Monday in Grand Rapids, Michigan, had a team-leading 15 goals and 31 points with 68 penalty minutes in 38 games with Cincinnati this season. The 24-year-old native of Regina, Saskatchewan has appeared in 10 games with Anaheim this season, posting one assist.
A native of Regina, Saskatchewan, Kunitz is currently tied for third among AHL rookies in points, goals and power play goals (five) and ranks sixth in assists (16).
