Among their Stedler Division rivals, Vermont will play 14 games (seven home and seven away) against the Lowell Spinners and 10 games apiece (five home and five away) against the Oneonta Tigers and Tri-City ValleyCats. The Lake Monsters will also host the Pinckney Division Auburn Doubledays, Batavia Muckdogs and Williamsport Crosscutters in three-game series at Centennial.
The Lake Monsters will travel for three-game road series against the other three Pinckney Division teams at the Jamestown Jammers, Mahoning Valley Scrappers and the State College Spikes, who join the New York-Penn League replacing the New Jersey Cardinals.
Vermont have nine homestands during the 2006 season, including two six-game (June 23-28, July 12-17), two five-game (July 30-August 3, August 28-September 1), one four-game (August 22-25) and four three-game homestands (July 5-7, July 25-27, August 9-11 and August 17-19).
