LA Galaxy to Host Fan Appreciation Night Sunday at StubHub Center

LOS ANGELES- The LA Galaxy will host Fan Appreciation Night, presented by San Manuel Band of Mission Indians, this Sunday, Oct. 23 in the team's final match of the 2016 MLS Regular Season against FC Dallas (1 p.m. PT, FS1, FOX Deportes). The Galaxy will thank fans for their support during the entire 2016 season by featuring numerous prizes, giveaways and other activations in their last game before the start of the 2016 Audi MLS Cup Playoffs.

As part of LA Galaxy Fan Appreciation Night at StubHub Center, the Galaxy will distribute exclusive, limited-edition custom packs of trading cards featuring various LA Galaxy players. Fan Appreciation Night, presented by San Manuel Band of Mission Indians, will also feature giveaways including 76 Gas Cards, ALCATEL IDOL 4s, Macy's Gift Cards, Chipotle BOGO Cards, Mammoth Mountain Lift Passes, Bulletproof Coffee mugs, Herbalife Nutrition gift bags, Papa John's coupons, Los Angeles Lakers tickets, Los Angeles Clippers Tickets and LA Kings tickets, among other exclusive items. Additionally, fans can visit an El Torito until Oct. 30 to receive a free Sonora Street Dog by saying "Galaxy fan."

All merchandise at the LA Galaxy Team Store at StubHub Center will be available to fans for 50% off on Sunday, Oct. 23 during the team's match vs. FC Dallas.

Fan Appreciation Night, presented by San Manuel Band of Mission Indians, will also give fans the opportunity to win the an autographed jersey from their favorite Galaxy player after the match as a part of the Jersey Off their Back auction. Fans can bid to for their chance to win by texting GALAXY to 52182 or by visiting www.lagalaxy.com/community/foundation, all proceeds will benefit the LA Galaxy Foundation. In addition, the first 250 fans that donate five or more cans of food to the pregame food drive benefiting the LA Regional food bank will receive a Chick-fil-A gift card.

After the game, LA Galaxy players will sign autographs on the field around the stadium's lower bowl seating.

The LA Galaxy will also honor LARS Supporter of the Year in addition to recognizing the LA Galaxy Player of the Year, presented by Herbalife Nutrition, which will be decided by fans through voting at www.lagalaxy.com/poty. The Galaxy will announce the winners of the team's 2016 Defender of the Year and Humanitarian of the Year during the match, as well.

With a 1-0 win on Sunday against the Houston Dynamo, the LA Galaxy secured the third-place seed in the MLS Western Conference, which guarantees a home game at StubHub Center during the 2016 Audi MLS Cup Playoff Knockout Round, which will be played on Wednesday, Oct. 26 or Thursday, Oct. 27. Tickets for the Galaxy's Knockout Round match, and all potential Galaxy 2016 Audi MLS Cup Playoff home matches, are available now, at www.lagalaxy.com/playoffs or by calling 877-3GALAXY (342-5299).
