Notes:

- The LA Galaxy played their second match of the week - and their second competition of 2017 - when they faced the San Jose Earthquakes at Cashman Field in Las Vegas, Nevada on Saturday night.

- The match marked the second game under new LA Galaxy Head Coach Curt Onalfo. The Galaxy earned a 1-1 draw at StubHub Center against Club Tijuana on Tuesday in their first match of the year.

- The Galaxy's will continue their preseason training during the month of February, with a match at StubHub Center on Saturday, Feb. 25 against the Portland Timbers at 8 p.m. PT.

- The Galaxy will open the 2017 MLS Regular Season at StubHub Center against FC Dallas on Saturday, March 4 (1 p.m. PT; Univision).

- Head Coach Curt Onalfo made two changes to the Starting XI from Tuesday night's game, as Emmanuel Boateng and Giovani dos Santos started in place of Raul Mendiola and Ariel Lassiter.

- Defender Jelle Van Damme captained the Galaxy for the second-straight match after starting as captain during Tuesday's 1-1 draw with Tijuana.

- Dos Santos played his second match in Las Vegas this week featuring for Mexico after recording the game-winning assist in a 1-0 win over Iceland.

- LA Galaxy Homegrown Player Jack McBean notched his second-straight start during the Galaxy preseason.

- LA Galaxy midfielder Jo=E3o Pedro made his debut on Saturday night against San Jose. Pedro joined the Galaxy this offseason from Portuguese side Vitória Guimar=E3es.

- The Galaxy were without the services of Gyasi Zardes (knee), Robbie Rogers (ankle) and Romain Alessandrini (visa), who were unavailable for selection.
